The DuctSox Warranty is for replacement credit, based on the amount of warranty period remaining. The executing party must make up the difference between the available warranty credit applied and the DuctSox selling price to repair or replace. The warranty is not available in the form of a cash payment.
The DuctSox Warranty covers materials, fabrication and performance of the fabric portion of the DuctSox System only. Warranty coverage begins at time of shipment. This warranty also requires that the original system be designed within requirements in the published design manual - including inlet velocity of maximum of 1,600 FPM and two row suspension systems for diameters of 32" and larger.
Warranty excludes damage to fabric from improper installation, poor maintenance, abuse, abrasion, caustic chemicals, exposure to high temperature (over 180 degrees F), fabric discoloration and shrinkage or any unauthorized modifications to system. Warranty does not cover any labor, equipment rental or freight charges incurred as a result of executing the warranty.
10 YEAR WARRANTY
Sedona-Xm and TufTex systems include a 10 year warranty program. This offer includes a 100% coverage for the first 5 years and is prorated from 50%-0% the last 5 years.
5 YEAR WARRANTY
Verona, DuraTex & Stat-X systems include a prorated 5 year warranty program. This offer includes a 100% coverage for the first 2.5 years, then is prorated from 50%-0% the last 2.5 years.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Microbe-X, PolyTex, and ChemSox fabrics include a standard 1 year 100% warranty program.
